How we work
Strategic Counsel is a retained advisory service, structured around three levels of access. Each tier provides a defined amount of time, booked flexibly as and when you need it. Sessions can be conducted remotely via video or telephone call or in-person.
Introductory
The ideal starting point. Enough access to establish a working rhythm and make meaningful progress on a defined challenge.
Standard
The most common engagement. Enough depth to work through a strategic problem or support a period of transition.
